Writing a good article takes hours. Posting it once and moving on wastes most of that work. The same ideas can fill a week of content across platforms, each shaped for how people use that platform.
This prompt does the reshaping. Paste the article and get five pieces back, each written natively for its channel, not the same paragraph pasted five times.
How to use it
- Paste your blog post, a long email you wrote, or a transcript of a talk or video.
- Tell the AI who you are speaking to on each platform.
- Schedule the five pieces across one or two weeks, each linking back to the full article where it makes sense.
Repurpose the article below into 5 pieces of content. Business: [name], [what we do] Audience: [who we want to reach] Voice: [e.g. expert but friendly, no jargon] Link to the full article: [URL] Article: [paste] Write: 1. LinkedIn post (150 to 250 words): a strong first line, short paragraphs, one practical takeaway, a question at the end to invite comments, link in the first comment. 2. Instagram carousel (6 to 8 slides): a slide-by-slide text plan with a hook slide, one idea per slide and a final call-to-action slide, plus a caption under 100 words. 3. Short video script (30 to 45 seconds) for me talking to camera: the hook in the first 3 seconds, 3 key points, a closing line, and on-screen text suggestions. 4. Facebook post (under 120 words) for local customers, conversational, with the link. 5. Email newsletter (under 250 words): subject line, a personal opening, the key idea, and a "read the full article" button text. Rules: keep the article's facts and advice; do not add new claims. Each piece must read as if written for that platform. Canadian English.
Why it works
- People rarely see everything you post. Repeating an idea in different formats reaches different people.
- Each format teaches a different way: a carousel shows steps, a short video shows a face, a newsletter goes deeper.
- It points traffic back to your website, where the full answer and your contact form live.
